ART EVIDENCE

Who it is for

Brokers and advisors · Owners and sellers · Heirs and lawyers

Why ART EVIDENCE rather than an ordinary AI tool? A structured documentary method, reasoned assessments, control over access and a verifiable history. See the differences

Brokers and advisors

Identify the offers that need further documentary checks, and show your client why.

The situation: you receive an offer, often through several intermediaries, and must decide whether to spend time on it or present it to a client.

How you use it

  • open a dossier as "I am examining an offer I received";
  • record who proposes the work, on whose behalf they act, the chain of intermediaries up to the owner and the mandates available;
  • upload the documents you have, in any format (PDF, photos, scans, screenshots): the ART EVIDENCE AI reads them and fills in the file; ask the proponent for the rest through a link, without an account, with automatic reminders;
  • ART EVIDENCE consults public stolen art databases and online sources; you examine the points raised (dimensions, dates, names, technique).

What you get

You quickly identify inconsistencies, missing documents and points that need clarification before going further, including gaps in the chain of intermediaries. You get a dated report to show your client, also outside the platform through a link that expires.

What it does not do: it does not tell you whether to buy, nor the right price, and does not guarantee that the offer as a whole is reliable.

Owners and sellers

Find out what is missing before the buyer asks.

The situation: you want to sell a work, entrust it to a professional or simply put its papers in order, and do not know whether the documentation is complete.

How you use it

  • open a dossier as "I am presenting a work";
  • upload certificates, invoices, provenance documents and photos, also as scans or screenshots: the AI reads them and fills in the file;
  • invite a gallery or an advisor: they see only what you choose to share, and you accept or reject their proposed corrections to the data.

What you get

An orderly documentary file before you contact buyers, galleries or advisors, and the list of what is missing before a buyer asks for it (title, provenance, back of the work, condition). A report to present with the work, and control over who sees each document.

What it does not do: it does not certify authenticity, and the documents collected do not in themselves prove ownership.

Heirs and lawyers

Organise and check the documentation, work by work.

The situation: an estate or a collection to sort out, with scattered and incomplete documents.

How you use it

  • open a dossier for each work and upload its documents as they are: the AI reads them and organises them in the file;
  • invite the lawyer, the notary or an expert, with access limited to what they need;
  • if needed, transfer a dossier to an heir or to whoever will look after the work, with their acceptance.

What you get

An organised documentary picture, work by work: what there is, what is missing and which inconsistencies exist, useful to the professionals handling estates, inventories and preliminary checks. From the list of dossiers you see where work remains, and you can download all your data.

What it does not do: it does not value the works, does not replace an appraisal or a legal opinion, and has no overall collection view: each work is its own dossier.
